Home ’n Away is a ‘personal assistant’ that manages your home in the most personal, considerate and respectful way, ensuring that the home’s needs, safety and necessities are taken care of, relieving the client from added stress from their busy lives.
We offer an array of services, from maintenance, security and personal care, to the small details that make a house into a home, provided throughout the year, whether you are in residence or not.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We inspect your property regularly (geysers, taps, lights, car batteries etc) to ensure it is maintained in top condition and to bring any maintenance issues to our attention. When a matter arises, we will inform you and correspond directly with you on how to best manage the situation.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY
We will arrange to open the property for any household services, (pool service, gardening service).
SECURITY
We are situated locally, and can promptly attend to any emergency.
REPAIRS & UPGRADING
Should you like to have any additional maintenance done, such as painting, building etc, we will ‘shop around’ for quotes on your behalf. We are associated with several of the most professional, reliable and trustworthy contractors with proven track records, who we utilise at all our homes.
ADMIN
After every booking you will get receive a detailed income and expenditure statement, attached with the proof of purchase attached, when relevant.
All receipts are is kept on hand for any queries you may have.
BEFORE & AFTER
Once you announce your arrival, we will ‘spring clean’ and ensure that everything is in order.
On departure, you simply pack your belongings, and we attend to the rest.
